Ruled by the Sultan and their Spouse, they directly control two of the major factions within their borders; Their own blood "The Prince" and the Xizari Khai.

Xizari Khai (Juh-zah-ri zai)

• Ambassadors to the Sultan and Prince, The Xizari Khai act as The eyes and ears of the sand, But never its mouth or hands.
• Covered head to toe in some form of cloth, only revealing their eyes . The Xizari Khai agents refuse to derobe even when in more cool and temperate climates. When pressed, agents will hint at some sort of painful ritual involving being left out in the desert during a heavy storm being that has left them requiring such strange dress.
• Seemingly no two Xizari Khai act the same, implying they are gifted some form of personal freedom thanks to their service.
• Unlike political figures not belonging to Muhataaq, the average citizenry will most likely never see an agent in their life time. As the Xazari Khai either remain within The Palace or somewhere far off ensuring their nation prospers.
